This section provides information regarding the process of migration and withdrawal at Doctors School, applicable from playgroup to matric levels.
If you wish to apply for school admission in a different Doctors School campus, you can do so here.
Student Transfer:
Students can transfer between Doctors School campuses, either inter-city or intra-city, within the Doctors School Network.
Parents/guardians must apply for migration, indicating the desired recipient campus. The current campus will issue a transfer letter and coordinate the transfer with the Head Office.
Transfers are allowed up to two (02) months before mid-year or end-of-year exams.
If parents need help finding a campus for the transfer, the Head Office will assist them.
The recipient campus will issue a transfer fee challan for processing.
After the transfer fee is paid at the designated bank, the student will be enrolled at the new campus.
Voluntary Withdrawal:
Parents who wish to withdraw their child voluntarily must give a one-month written notice. Alternatively, they may pay a one-month fee in lieu of the notice.
A Withdrawal Certificate will be issued after clearance from the school administration, library, science lab, computer lab, accounts, and other departments.
Complaint Registration:
Doctors School ensures a transparent and fair process for handling complaints.
For any complaints, stakeholders are encouraged to contact the Doctors School Ethics and Integrity Committee at complaints@doctorsschool.edu.pk for timely resolution.
