Award Policy

In line with the Finnish educational approach, our focus is on the continuous development of students, building their intrinsic motivation, collaboration skills, and overall well-being. Rather than emphasizing high-stakes exams and competition, we aim to recognize a variety of achievements that reflect personal growth, creativity, and teamwork.
